Short version: we do not save what you type. The names you enter go into the link you share, and nowhere else on our side.
To make a greeting you type a name, and optionally a recipient's name, a business phone number and a city. These are placed inside the greeting link on your own device. They are not sent to or stored in any database of ours. Anyone who has the link can see what is in it, so please do not type anything you would not put in a WhatsApp message.
Your browser remembers your last-used name, your language choice, whether sound is on, and how many greetings you have sent, so the site is quicker next time. This is kept in your browser's local storage on your device only. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is normal for every website.
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and to see roughly where visitors are, such as their country and city. Google Analytics uses cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. When a greeting opens, the names are removed from the page address and title before any statistics or ads load, so they are not sent to Google. We show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Ads load only after the names in a greeting link have been removed from the page address.

The site is meant for general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
